At the Exercise & Fitness Facility at Flex Creek Country Club a wide selection of equipment is available, featuring selectorized plus free weight strength equipment by Cybex and Icarian. The cardiovascular equipment by Star Trac includes treadmills, cross trainers, recumbent upright bikes and steppers, which are programmable with heart rate monitors controls and cardio theater. Cardio Theater allows you to select sound from one of four TV. channels or choose from four selections of music.
Staffed with certified trainers during all hours of operation, the Group Fitness Room offers a wide variety of programs and classes such as aerobics, yoga, cardio kickboxing, abs. and lower back. Guest speakers, seminars and special programs will be available throughout 
the year. Personal training and Massage Therapists are also available by appointment. Sign up for classes and seminars will be available at the Fitness Office.
